  30         output styles:  The default is similar to the old FSF gprof,
  31         while -T sets the variable bsd_style_output, which causes
  32         output matching Berkeley's gprof.  The biggest differences
  33         are that with the FSF style output, the flat profile comes
  34         before the call graph; numbers come before explanations;
  35         and there is less gratuitous white space.
  36         * gprof.h, gprof.c, printfgprof.c:  New discard_underscores
  37         variable causes discarding of initial underscores when
  38         printing symbol names.  It is set unless there is a "main"
  39         symbol (without an underscore).
  40         * printfgprof.c:  New function printnameonly(), called
  41         by printname().  It handles stripping of initial '_',
  42         as well as C++ name-demangling.
  43         * gprof.callg, gprof.flat, make-c-prog.awk:  Removed.
  44         It is just as convenient to edit blurbs.c directly.
