config.gcc: For *-*-chorusos triplet, get chorus.h file from config directory.

        * config.gcc: For *-*-chorusos triplet, get chorus.h file from
        config directory.
        * config/i386/chorus.h: Move up.
        * config/sparc/chorus.h: Likewise.
        * config/rs6000/chorus.h: Likewise.
        * config/chorus.h: Moved here.
