Eliminate IA-64 compiler warnings.

	* dwarf2out.c (dwarf2out_line): Make last_file_num be unsigned.
	* frame.h (__ia64_personality_v1): Add prototype.
	* libgcc2.c (ia64_throw_helper): Change personality declaration to
	prototype form.  Add void * cast to first argument to personality
	call.
