compiler: Use backend interface for numeric expressions.

* go-gcc.cc: Include "real.h" and "realmpfr.h".
(Backend::integer_constant_expression): New function.
(Backend::float_constant_expression): New function.
(Backend::complex_constant_expression): New function.
