* Makefile.in (eelf32ppc.c): Depend upon elf32.em, not generic.em.
(eelf32lppc.c): Likewise.
* emulparams/elf32lppc.sh (TEMPLATE_NAME): Define as elf32.
(GENERATE_SHLIB_SCRIPT): Define as yes.
