Add configure handling of  x86_64-*-solaris2.1[0-9]*

        * configure.host: Make x86_64-*-solaris2.1[0-9]* an alias of
        i[34567]86-*-solaris2.1[0-9]*.
        * configure.tgt: Likewise.
