it takes a size_t anyhow.
(exp_binop): Likewise.
(exp_trinop): Likewise.
(exp_unop): Likewise.
(exp_nameop): Likewise.
(exp_assop): Likewise.
* ldlang.c (lang_memory_region_lookup): Likewise.
(init_os): Likewise.
(ldlang_add_undef): Likewise.
(insert_pad): Likewise.
* ldfile.c (ldfile_add_arch): Don't cast xmalloc arg to
bfd_size_type.
