* config/mips/mips.c (mips_symbolic_address_p): Return true
for SYMBOL_TLSGD, SYMBOL_TLSLDM, SYMBOL_DTPREL, SYMBOL_TPREL,
SYMBOL_GOTTPREL, and SYMBOL_TLS.
