* remote-sim.c: first attempt at general simulator interface
* remote-hms.c: whitespace
* h8300-tdep.c: (h8300_skip_prologue, examine_prologue):
understand new stack layout. (print_register_hook): print ccr
register in a fancy way.
include simulator target too.
