* tree-ssa-math-opts.c (gimple_expand_builtin_pow): Change FIXME
to use gimple_val_nonnegative_real_p.
* gimple-fold.c (gimple_val_nonnegative_real_p): New function.
* gimple.h (gimple_val_nonnegative_real_p): New declaration.
