gdb/testsuite: Remove duplicates from gdb.base/pending.exp

When running the testsuite, I have:

    Running .../gdb/testsuite/gdb.base/pending.exp ...
    DUPLICATE: gdb.base/pending.exp: disable other breakpoints

Fix by adjusting the test names.

Tested on x86_64-linux.
