For PR libgcj/11085:

* java/text/SimpleDateFormat.java (parse(String,ParsePosition)):
Limit number of characters in numeric field when required.
* java/text/DecimalFormat.java (parse(String,ParsePosition)):
Respect maximumIntegerDigits.
