* mips-tdep.c (mips_ignore_helper): Delete.
* config/mips/tm-mips.h (DEPRECATED_IGNORE_HELPER_CALL): Delete.
* infrun.c (handle_inferior_event): Delete #ifdef
DEPRECATED_IGNORE_HELPER_CALL code.
