Add a sparc simulator with the sparc bareboard target.

gdb/ChangeLog:

        * configure.tgt (sparc-*-*): Set gdb_sim to ../sim/erc32/libsim.a.
        (sparc-*-rtems*): Delete, now redundant with the sparc-*-* case.
