racehound: fix kernel module compile

racehound: fix kernel module compile

- check for linux kernel >= 3.14
- add cross compile enviornment for linux kernel compile
- add additional kernel config hint (CONFIG_KALLSYMS_ALL)
- fix kernel module install path
