* configure.in (configdirs):  Add gdb.t24 for C++ tests that
should work on any system, regardless of debugging format.
* gdb.t21/demangle.exp:  Move to gdb.t24.
* gdb.t24/demangle.exp:  Move from gdb.t21.
* gdb.t24/{Makefile.in, configure.in}:  New files.
