scanasm.exp (dg-scan, [...]): For missing file...

* lib/scanasm.exp (dg-scan, scan-assembler-times, scan-assembler-dem,
scan-assembler-dem-not): For missing file, report unresolved with
same message as for pass/fail, with reason reported in log file.
