* c-pragma.c (add_weak); Delete.  Moved into...

        * varasm.c (add_weak): New external function.
        (declare_weak): If HANDLE_PRAGMA_WEAK, then add the function to
        the list of weak functions.
        * c-pragma (add_weak): Declare.
