[ARM/AArch64][testsuite] Be more verbose, and actually confirm that a
test was checked.

* gcc.target/aarch64/advsimd-intrinsics/arm-neon-ref.h (CHECK):
Add trace.
        (CHECK_FP): Likewise.
        (CHECK_CUMULATIVE_SAT): Likewise.
