	(parse_stab_string): If a tag is a cross reference to itself,
	don't define it in the tags list.
	(parse_stab_type): Set info->self_crossref.

	* debug.c (struct debug_type_real_list): Define.
	(debug_get_real_type): Add list parameter.  Change all callers.
	Check for circularity to avoid crashing when it occurs.
