    Remove MPW support, no longer used.
        * config.bfd (powerpc-*-mpw*): Remove configuration.
        * mpw-config.in, mpw-make.sed: Remove files.
        * ecoffswap.h [MPW_C]: Remove MPW-C-friendly version of code.
