* ginclude/tgmath.h: New.
* config.gcc: Use GCC's tgmath.h on non-glibc systems.
* doc/sourcebuild.texi (Headers): Document use_gcc_tgmath.
* configure.ac (STMP_FIXPROTO): Honor use_gcc_tgmath.
* configure: Regenerate.
