[ARM, AArch64] Add missing vtst_p16 and vtstq_p16, and vtst_p{8,16} and vtstq_p{8,16} tests.

gcc/testsuite/
* gcc.target/aarch64/advsimd-intrinsics/vtst.c: Add tests for
