   * tc-mips.c (md_begin): Reorganize setting of default values so
   that mips_cpu depends on TARGET_CPU, and mips_opts.isa depends on
   mips_cpu.
   (md_parse_option): Remove all code that sets defaults; md_begin
   handles all of this now.
