* emulparams/elf32bmip.sh (OTHER_GOT_SYMBOLS): Use ALIGN(16)
rather than . when computing _gp value.  From Per Fogelstrom.
* emulparams/elf32lmip.sh (OTHER_GOT_SYMBOLS): Likewise.
