ENSURE_VFORKING_PARENT_REMAINS_STOPPED.
* target.h (ENSURE_VFORKING_PARENT_REMAINS_STOPPED): Delete.
(RESUME_EXECD_VFORKING_CHILD_TO_GET_PARENT_VFORK): Delete.
