* config/h8300/clzsi2.c: Remove.
* config/h8300/ctzsi2.c: Likewise.
* config/h8300/paritysi2.c: Likewise.
* config/h8300/popcountsi2.c: Likewise.
* config/h8300/t-h8300 (LIB2FUNCS_EXTRA): Remove clzsi2,
ctzsi2, paritysi2, and popcountsi2.
