dbxout.c (dbxout_type): For a RECORD_TYPE...

* dbxout.c (dbxout_type):  For a RECORD_TYPE, check that TYPE_BINFO
is a TREE_VEC before trying to use it for baseclasses.
(Chill uses the same field for a different purpose.)
