pa.h (MALLOC_ABI_ALIGNMENT): Set 32-bit alignment default to 64 bits.

* config/pa.h (MALLOC_ABI_ALIGNMENT): Set 32-bit alignment default to
64 bits.
* config/pa/pa32-linux.h (MALLOC_ABI_ALIGNMENT): Set alignment to
128 bits.
