bfin.md (eh_return): Call emit_jump_insn instead of emit_insn to emit eh_return_internal instruction.

* config/bfin/bfin.md (eh_return): Call emit_jump_insn instead of
emit_insn to emit eh_return_internal instruction.
(eh_return_internal): Explicitly set pc.
