Makefile.in (c-typeck.o): Delete on expr.h, insn-codes.h and $(RTL_H).

        * Makefile.in (c-typeck.o): Delete on expr.h, insn-codes.h and
        $(RTL_H).
        (stor-layout.o): Likewise.
        * c-typeck.c: Include rtl.h and expr.h.
        * stor-layout.c: Likewise.
