        * version.c: Bump for latest snapshot.

        * bc-optab.c: Conditionally include stdlib.h.
        (free): Provide a declaration if NEED_DECLARATION_FREE.
        * tree.c (free): Provide a declaration if NEED_DECLARATION_FREE.
        * rtl.h (free): Remove declaration.
        * tree.h (free): Remvoe declaration.

        * configure: Rebuilt.
