[Patch Testsuite obvious] gcc.target/arm/pr65647.c should not
 unconditionally add -mfloat-abi=soft

gcc/testsuite/

* gcc.target/arm/pr65647.c: Do not override -mfloat-abi directives
passed by the testsuite driver.
