        (get_byte, get_half, get_word): New functions.
        (put_byte, put_half, put_word): New functions.
        * simops.c: Remove unused functions.  Rough cut at
        "ld.b", "ld.h", "ld.w", "st.b", "st.h", "st.w" insns.
