rs6000: Use "dg-warning ... 0" in a few places

GCC used to give warnings for line # 1 for these, but it prints no
line number anymore.  Adjust.

gcc/testsuite/
* gcc.target/powerpc/warn-1.c: Change line number in dg-warning.
* gcc.target/powerpc/warn-2.c: Ditto.
