mips.c (mips_expand_builtin_insn): Swap the 1st and 3rd operands of the fmadd/fmsub/maddv builtin.

* config/mips/mips.c (mips_expand_builtin_insn): Swap the 1st
and 3rd operands of the fmadd/fmsub/maddv builtin.

* gcc.target/mips/msa-fmadd.c: New.
