* remote.c: Around redefinition of PBUFSIZE, adjust whitespace.
* config/pa/tm-hppa.h (REGISTER_BYTES): Use 4 rather than
REGISTER_RAW_SIZE (1).
Together these changes work around a bug in HP's compiler.  Both
seem to be necessary.
