Makefile.in (cgraphunit.o): Add $(CFGLOOP_H) dependency.

* Makefile.in (cgraphunit.o): Add $(CFGLOOP_H) dependency.
* cgraphunit.c: Include cfgloop.h.
(init_lowered_empty_function): Initialize the loop tree.
(assemble_thunk): Insert new BBs into loops.
