Fix integer overflow in stats of GIMPLE statements.

	* gimple.c (gimple_alloc_counts): Use uint64_t instead of int.
	(gimple_alloc_sizes): Likewise.
	(dump_gimple_statistics): Use PRIu64 in printf format.
	* gimple.h: Change uint64_t to int.
