        * elf32-sparc.c (elf32_sparc_relocate_section): Properly adjust
        the addend of a dynamic relocation referencing a section.
        * elf64-sparc.c (sparc64_elf_relocate_section): Likewise.
        (sparc64_elf_finish_dynamic_symbol): Fix the PLT relocation offset.
