    * elf64-alpha.c (alpha_elf_dynamic_symbol_p): Undef weak symbols
        are always dynamic.
        (elf64_alpha_calc_dynrel_sizes): Allow enough room for RELATIVE
        .got relocs in -Bsymbolic shared objects.
