This patch adds support for Cortex-X1 for ARM.

bfd * cpu-arm.c: (processors) Add Cortex-X1.

gas * config/tc-arm.c: (arm_cpus): Add Cortex-X1.
* doc/c-arm.texi: Document -mcpu=cortex-x1.
* testsuite/gas/arm/cpu-cortex-x1.d: New test.
