configure.in: Remove NATIVE, NULL_TARGET.

2001-07-06  Daniel Jacobowitz  <drow@mvista.com>

        * configure.in: Remove NATIVE, NULL_TARGET.
        Set CANADIAN only for Canadian crosses.  Set xcompiling
        for both Canadian crosses and host-x-host crosses.
        * configure: Regenerated.
