package/gobject-introspection: bump version to 2.64.0

Other changes:
  - Remove upstream patches.
  - Change cross-compile options to upstream equivilants
  - Add -Ddoctool=disabled to GOBJECT_INTROSPECTION_CONF_OPTS
  - Change -Dcairo from a bool to a feature.
