re PR target/16286 (Compile errors on altivec ops after #undef vector)

PR target/16286
* config/rs6000/altivec.h: Replace bool by __bool and pixel by
__pixel.

testsuite:
* gcc.dg/pr16286.c: Also test for bool and pixel.
