freedreno/a3xx/compiler: fix for replicating instructions

If we are accumulating result into tmp.x, and need a mov to final
destination, we want to move the .x component into all of the components
enabled from the read dest's writemask, ie. we want:

  MOV dst.xyzw tmp.xxxx

rather than:

  MOV dst.xyzw tmp.xyzw
