sh.c (sh_expand_prologue): Mark GOTaddr2picreg as MAYBE_DEAD.

* config/sh/sh.c (sh_expand_prologue): Mark GOTaddr2picreg as
MAYBE_DEAD.
(sh_expand_epilogue): Take the PIC register into account when
computing the frame size.
