* i386lynx.c:  New module for Lynx variant of a.out.
* Makefile.in (BFD_BACKENDS CFILES depends):  Add i386lynx.c.
* gen-aout.c:  Get rid of defunct endian stuff, print out true
pagesize.
* targets.c (target_vector):  Add i386lynx_vec.
