Makefile.in: Replace all uses of libext with libsuffix.

        * Makefile.in: Replace all uses of libext with libsuffix.
        * configure.ac: Likewise.
        * configure: Regenerate.

        Revert:
        * Makefile.in: Remove all uses of $(libext).
