	* mdebugread.c (parse_symbol, psymtab_to_symtab_1): Initialize
	pdr.framereg field of MIPS_EFI_SYMBOL_NAME symbol to -1.  That way
	we know whether the PDR ever got set.
	* mips-tdep.c (find_proc_desc): If pdr.framereg field is -1, don't
	use the PDR, just examine prologues instead.
